A computer student completes a practical exercise at the Civil Service Department in the Jihad community during class Oct. 30, 2008. Several leaders from the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division-Baghdad visited the CSD-Jihad facility to observe the vocational technical training program sponsored by coalition forces that is part of the Sons of Iraq transition to the government of Iraq. At the CSD-Jihad facility 176 former Sons of Iraq enrolled in the six-month program to give them a skill to help them get a job in their local community after completing the course.
