Lt. John Johnson assigned to Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Light (HSL) 46 performs preflight checks at Naval Station Mayport before departing to the guided missile cruiser USS Normandy (CG 60). The ship and several Navy vessels are underway to provide humanitarian assistance/disaster response in the aftermath of Haiti's devastating earthquake.
