U.S. Navy Constructionman Hanni Perez, a Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 74 Detail, Horn of Africa (Det, HOA), vibrates wet concrete to increase its strength for a wall built around the recently completed Ecole 5 primary school in Djibouti, March 31.
