Iraqi citizens of the Risalah community line up inside the Risalah Neighborhood Advisory Council Hall located on a joint security station in the Rashid District in southern Baghdad. The building, which was built with the assistance of coalition forces and Iraqi security forces is collocated on the JSS with the 1st Battalion and 3rd Bn., 5th Brigade, 2nd National Police Division, and Soldiers of Company C, 4th Bn., 64th Armor Regiment, attached to the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad. Since the NAC Hall opened, Oct. 26, 2008, more than 200 Iraqis from the 12 muhallahs in Risalah have brought issues, ranging from resettlement to issues with essential services, to their local community leaders.
