Iraqi leaders from throughout Iraq are here at the Iraqi police academy, in Kirkuk, Iraq, for the Sons of Iraq conference. It is a open forum for leaders to have input into the changes for the Sons of Iraq transitioning to the Iraqi army. U.S. Army Col. David Paschal, commanding officer, 1st Brigade Combat Team,10th Mountain Division, is hosting the Sons of Iraq conference at the Iraqi police academy in Kirkuk, on Oct. 27, 2008.
