Miles Scott, call sign “Batkid," reported for duty at the 173rd Fighter Wing in Klamath Falls, Ore., April 10, 2014. Scott is in remission from leukemia and had the opportunity to be a part of the Fighter Pilot for a Day Program hosted by the 114th Fighter Squadron. The jet bears a batman symbol which crew chief Tech. Sgt. Cliff Rutledge had affixed to the jet in honor of Scott’s visit.
