Two men are posing together holding a certificate or award document in what appears to be an official military ceremony setting. The man on the left is in civilian attire (dark suit with striped tie) and the man on the right is in a U.S. Army dress uniform with general officer rank insignia and multiple service ribbons. The certificate visible reads 'FOR VALOR' and appears to be awarded to 'David C. Jensen' from the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
