Marines fold an American flag atop Mount Suribachi during a professional military education tour April 11 on Iwo To, Japan. The flag was folded in honor of retired Marine Cpl. Jay L. Bentley, the last living Battle of Iwo Jima veteran from Iowa. "I grew up with his family," said Staff Sgt. Amy E. McLallen. "Getting the chance to do this for them means everything to me and is an indescribable feeling." McLallen is an imagery analyst with Marine Wing Headquarters Squadron 1, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force. The Marines are with MWHS-1, 1st MAW, III MEF.
