    Sqn Ldr Gordon Ferguson from UK and LCL Pascal Sotty from France, plan the tri-lateral exercise, Tonnerre Lightning, with U.S. Air Force pilots and 603rd Air and Space Operations Center planning teams on March 27, 2014 at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The exercise is the first in a series of semi-annual exercises between the NATO countries to improve interoperability and communication in the event of a real-world scenario.
