Naval personnel in dark blue uniforms are observing from the bridge wing of a warship, watching two other vessels sailing in formation ahead. The ship displays colorful letters 'EECH' on its hull and a row of military service ribbons/awards on its exterior. The scene appears to be a multi-ship naval exercise or transit operation on open ocean.
