Schyler Yacono, radiation detection, indications and computation (radiac) technician with the radiac lab, test measurement and diagnostic equipment (TMDE) division on Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Calif., calibrates an/pdr-77 radiac sets, April 1. The mission of the TMDE is to ensure the qual-itative and quantitative accuracy of Marine Corps testing equipment. As part of TMDE, the radiac lab ensures the accuracy of all radiation measurement devices used in the Marine Corps.
