    Cpl. Austin Smith, a heavy equipment operator with Marine Wing Support Squadron 371, guides the tractor as it levels the ground at the construction site in El Centro, Calif., Feb. 25. The joint units of MWSS-371, based in Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz., and 7th Engineer Support Battalion, based in Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., worked together to enhance the homeland security of the nation.
