A group of workers in white hazmat/Tyvek suits and hard hats are conducting a beach cleanup operation, likely in response to an oil spill or environmental contamination event. They are using rakes and shovels to collect contaminated seaweed and debris into white collection bags. Heavy equipment including a tractor is visible in the background, suggesting a large-scale organized remediation effort.
