A beach cleanup operation is underway with multiple workers dressed in white hazmat/Tyvek protective suits working along a sandy shoreline. Several pickup trucks are parked on the beach, suggesting an organized response effort, likely related to an environmental incident such as an oil spill. The overcast, hazy conditions and rough surf are visible in the background.
