    Members of the Oregon and Hawaii National Guard's CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP), unite in formation after they finished their mission, while participating in the Vigilant Guard-Alaska 2014 exercise, March 30, near Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Anchorage, Alaska. The two units were training to respond to a large-scale earthquake scenario as this exercise tied in to Alaska Shield, a series of complex exercises addressing catastrophic planning, response, and recovery over the course of nearly two years that build on a series of four prior statewide Alaska Shield exercises.
