Iraqi army Gen. Ali sits and observes the on going ceremony that commemorates the transfer of authority of Patrol Base Whiskey One to Iraqi control on Oct. 4, 2008. The Patrol Base was occupied by U.S. Soldiers from the 1st Battalion, 187th Infantry Regiment, HHC, 101st Airborne Division.
