A military multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) mounted on a tactical wheeled vehicle is positioned on open terrain. The launcher pod is elevated at an angle, and a fire is burning on the ground behind the vehicle, consistent with post-launch rocket exhaust igniting dry vegetation. The surrounding environment consists of dry grassland and sparse trees.
