U.S. Marines with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) and U.S. Navy Sailors aboard the USS Mesa Verde (LPD 19) work together to resupply the ship with food and other essential items during a port visit to Naval Station Rota, Spain, Feb. 24, 2014. The MEU is deployed to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility with the Bataan Amphibious Ready Group as a sea-based, expeditionary crisis response force capable of conducting amphibious missions across the full range of military operations.
