Soldiers with 2nd Battalion, 327th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), are given a class on the new Tactical Communications and Protective System hearing device Feb. 21 at the Kinnard Mission Training Complex here. The brigade is the first in the Army to receive the new system which is designed to provide active hearing protection while allowing them to maintain situational awareness on the battlefield.
