Joining Kirven are Maj. Gen. Lester Eisner, deputy adjutant general for the South Carolina Army National Guard, South Carolina U.S. Congressman Trey Gowdy, South Carolina U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham, and Dr. Keith Miller, president of Greenville Technical College. The S.C. National Guard, in partnership with Greenville Technical College and the S.C.
