    377th Theater Sustainment Command

    U.S. Army Capt. Troy Luster, 377th Theater Sustainment Command, poses with homeowner Debra Robinson in front of her house that he helped repair in the Algiers neighborhood of New Orleans, Feb. 14. The effort was part of a National Basketball Association global outreach initiative called NBA Cares that included nearly 100 local veterans and service members doing repairs for low-income homeowners.
