A formal military ceremony is taking place at what appears to be a Latin American military installation, evidenced by Spanish signage reading 'COMEDOR DE TROPA' (Troop Dining Hall) and 'INFANTERIA'. A mixed group of personnel including US military members in MARPAT camouflage, a civilian woman, and host-nation military officers in camouflage uniforms are walking through an honor guard formation. Personnel in white naval dress uniforms are rendering salutes with rifles as the group passes.
