U.S. Marine Corps Gen. John F. Kelly, commander, U.S. Southern Command, presents the Army Commendation Medal to U.S. Army Sgt. Randy McKire during a Joint Task Force-Bravo promotion and awards ceremony conducted on the flightline at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, Feb. 13, 2014. Kelly pinned new rank on six Task Force members who were promoted during the ceremony and presented medals, including the Army Commendation Medal, the Air Force Commendation Medal, and the Army Achievement Medal, to 18 members.
