Sgt. David J. Schulz attaches detonating cord to sheet explosives as he prepares to breach the metal casing of a 155 mm high explosive projectile at the explosive ordnance disposal range aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point Feb. 6. The purpose of the range was to enhance and sustain MOS training standards while rendering ordnance safe and executing proper disposal of explosive ordnance. Schulz is an EOD technician with MWSS-271.
