Sgt. David J. Schulz, an explosives ordnance disposal technician with MWSS-271, cuts sheet explosives to use in low order procedures against 155 mm high explosive projectiles Feb. 6 at the EOD range aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point. The goal of the range was to breach the metal casing of the shells without causing a high order explosion.
