    BAGRAM AIR FIELD, Afghanistan -- Army Spc. Charles Laborn, parachute rigger with the 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, N.C., secures a tie on a containerized delivery system on the flightline here. In their free time, Air Force EC-130 and Navy EA-6 maintainers have been helping Specialist Laborn and other Army riggers here build CDS's in support of the multinational humanitarian assistance and support effort to bring aid to the victims of the 7.6-magnitude earthquake that struck Pakistan Oct. 8.
