    10/24/05-ALI BASE, Iraq - Victims of a (training) mass casualty event Oct. 20, at Ali Base, Iraq, were evacuated and Airmen were put to the test to save their lives. Airman 1st Class Robert Jacobs, 407th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron Ali Base Fire and Rescue department firefighter, maintains direct pressure on a patient's leg wound while he waits for assistance.
