A Guatemalan navy seaman uses a blood pressure meter and a stethoscope to monitor a patient's blood pressure and pulse during a tactical combat lifesaver subject matter expert exchange (SMEE) on July 30. This subject matter expert exchange involved personnel from Guatemala and U.S. Army South working together to share combat medical tactics, techniques and information to enhance and sustain their military medical program and capability.
