Members of the Guyana Defense Force make their way onboard High Speed Vessel Swift (HSV 2) Aug. 31 to participate in subject matter expert exchanges for Southern Partnership Station (SPS) 2010. SPS 2010 is a deployment of various specialty platforms to the U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) area of responsibility (AOR) in the Caribbean and Central America.
