Governor Pat McCrory meets with the North Carolina Helicopter and Aquatic Rescue Team (NCHART) that recently performed a rescue in the Appalachian Mountains, during his visit to the North Carolina National Guard, Army Aviation Support Facility #1 in Morrisville, N.C., Jan.10. McCrory as NCNG’s commander-in-chief wanted to learn more about the capabilities and needs of his 12,000 soldiers and airmen as an operational force.
