Cooper, who were killed in action near Baghdad July 6, 2008. The new C7 Annex building on Camp Victory was named in their honor during a ceremony Sept. 12. Wiens and Cooper were a specialized search dog team, whose mission is to travel ahead of units and ensure there is no explosives threat present.
