Sailors aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan fire 9 mm pistols at targets during a small-arms weapons qualifying exercise on aircraft elevator 4. The weapons exercise was used to teach Sailors proper gun handling techniques. The Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group is on a routine deployment in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
