Cmdr. Trey Sisson, assigned to the "Eagles" of Strike Fighter Squadron 115, fires a 9 mm pistol at a target during a small-arms weapons qualifying exercise on aircraft elevator 4 aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. The weapons exercise was used to teach Sailors proper gun handling techniques. The Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group is on a routine deployment in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
