The seventh Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy Duane R. Bushey speaks to the crowd at the start line moments before the fourth annual "Run with the Chiefs" 5K held at the Parade Grounds at Naval Station Norfolk. MCPON Joe R. Campa Jr., MCPON Robert Walker and Bushey were this year's judges for the best guidon. The proceeds from the run benefit the Chief Petty Officer Scholarship Fund, a non-profit organization established solely for the purpose of generating and distributing funds to provide educational opportunities for qualified family members of chief petty officers.
