Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy Joe R. Campa Jr. addresses the crowd after completing the fourth annual "Run with the Chiefs" 5K held at the Parade Grounds at Naval Station Norfolk. Campa, MCPON Robert Walker and MCPON Duane R. Bushey were this year's judges for the best guidon. The proceeds from the run benefit the Chief Petty Officer Scholarship Fund, a non-profit organization established solely for the purpose of generating and distributing funds to provide educational opportunities for qualified family members of chief petty officers.
