Petty Offiicer 2nd Class Carlos Oqendo plots points on the navigation chart aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS McFaul as Seaman Rafael Acosta records the information while makes the ship transits through the Turkish Straits. McFaul is underway to provide humanitarian assistance to the Republic of Georgia following the conflict between Russian and Georgian forces. The assistance being provided will aid in and alleviating human suffering in the Republic of Georgia.
