    "Above the Rest" Soldiers from the 1st Battalion, 327th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division, along with Iraqi soldiers, patrol the pastoral area near Bayji, Iraq for weapons caches and enemy extremists. The battalion, part of the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division regularly utilizes the air assault as a means to pursue enemy fighters in desolate areas.
