Cameron, Mo. native Sgt. Chris Elman, career counselor, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, jousts with his daughter, Brittany, during Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, "Organizational Day" held at Belton Lake Outdoor Recreational Area, Aug. 8, 2008. The Elman's spent the day riding the waterslide, eating and having an all around good time. The purpose of the event was to bring troopers and their families closer and let the families get to know one another.
