    Rich and Amy Medal and, their dog Pepper, a mini schnauzer mix, got into the holiday spirit during the fourth annual Sandy Paws Doggie Dash by dressing up in festive attire, Dec. 7, at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune's Onslow Beach.
