Two F/18-A++ take off from Andersen Air Force Base, Guam during Exercise Forager Fury II Dec. 6. FFII allows Marine Aircraft Group 12 to improve aviation combat readiness and will simulate operations in a deployed, expeditionary environment. The F/18s are with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 112, “The Cowboys”, Marine Aircraft Group 41 currently assigned to MAG-12, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force, under the unit deployment program. VMFA-112 is a reserve squadron from Fort Worth, Texas.
