The main rehearsal concert hall of the newly rehabilitated building 24 on Camp Mabry, Texas, was dedicated to the late Chief Warrant Officer Paul T. Phillippus who served as the first commander of the Band from 1950 to 1983. His wife, Pam and three sons who also served in the 36th Inf. Div.
