Frank Pflieger, of Jacksonville, Fla., a force protection non-commissioned officer in charge for the Camp Victory Mayor Cell, digs into a dish of baked sheep, beans and rice which was prepared by his crew of Iraqi workers in celebration of the gifts they received from Pflieger's friends and family July 28, 2008.
