Parker, chairman of the Adjutant General's Corps. Regimental Association, and the human resources officer in charge of the 369th Adjutant General Battalion, for her motivational speech at the Carolina chapter AGCRA quarterly breakfast, held at the Fort Jackson's NCO club Nov. 21.
