After providing tactical field care, soldiers assigned to the 252nd Engineer Company, 103rd Engineer Battalion, 213th Regional Support Group, Pennsylvania Army National Guard, remove a simulated casualty during a Combat Lifesaving Course, Nov. 6, 2013. Each group of soldiers treated and removed two simulated casualties during each exercise, where low lights, smoke effects and sounds of battle provided a realistic combat setting.
