A U.S. Marine Corps water purification unit, currently operated by Armed Forces of the Philippines engineers in Sagbayan, Bohol, has produced 346,000 liters of free water for Filipinos affected by the recent earthquake. Another purification unit is currently being operated in Loon, a town currently only accessible via waterways.
