An engineer from the Armed Forces of the Philippines distributes free water purified by a US Marine Corps water purification unit in Sagbayan, Bohol, Philippines, Oct 21. It was the third time this water purification unit has been used in response to a disaster since being pre-positioned in the Philippines.
