Marines from the 1st Marine Corps District, Recruiting Station New York and 6th Communications Battalion enter the Battery Tunnel along with thousands of runners during the Tunnel to Towers run Sept. 29. The Tunnel to Towers run is an annual event to remember firefighter Stephen Siller, who lost his life during the attacks on 9/11. More than 30,000 people run each year to honor Siller.
