    Joint Enabling Capabilities Command

During Pacific Partnership 2013, Joint Communications Support Element members, U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. James Wombolt (back left) and U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Neil Howard (left), assist New Zealand Army Signaller Josiah Tan (right), a member of the New Zealand Army Signal Corp, in setting up the host nation's satellite system. During this year's mission, partner nations, such as New Zealand, served as the lead mission partner and fostered strong relations with fellow PP13 participants to ensure mission success.
