Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE) members, U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Neil Howard (pictured left), and U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Shaaista Washington (sitting right), use JCSE's Initial Entry Package to provide non-secure internet and voice over internet protocol services for the beach detachment personnel while in the Solomon Islands. Once personnel were ashore, JCSE's uninterrupted connectivity helped track the movement of the PP13 teams moving to particular community sites and events.
