The Colombian frigates ARC Independiente (F 52) and ARC Almirante Padilla (F 51) positions with the Canadian frigate HMCS Ville de Quebec (FFH 332) in the Caribbean Sea Sept. 10, 2013, for a live-fire exercise during Unitas 54-13.
